Greek revival architecture on the outside gives way to contemporary, refined interiors inside, and the grounds are shaped by four separate water features spread across the property alongside ponds and a gazebo used for ceremonies and photography.

The main house holds 13 bedrooms and six full bathrooms, enough to sleep up to 24 overnight guests, and a separate cottage on the property adds room for 14 more. An indoor tennis facility on the grounds converts into a reception and event space, giving the estate a second large indoor option beyond the main house itself, alongside a circular terrace built for outdoor celebration.

Capacity & Layout

With prior approval and appropriate event fees, the estate can host up to 200 guests, a capacity that draws on the combination of the main house, the indoor tennis facility turned event space, the ceremony lawn by the ponds, the gazebo, and the circular terrace rather than any single room. That spread lets a couple set the ceremony at the gazebo or lawn, cocktail hour on the terrace, and the reception inside the converted tennis facility or the Club House.

Overnight accommodation covers up to 24 guests in the main house and 14 more in the cottage, so a wedding party and close family can stay on the property through the weekend rather than commuting in for the day. Three hours of on-site staff support for guest parking and golf cart transportation are included with full wedding packages, which matters on 22 acres where the ceremony site, the reception space, and the parking area are not all next to each other.

Amenities

The property includes a private pool and spa available to guests staying on site, amenities more typical of a resort than a wedding venue, and backup generators are installed for all structures so the event runs on schedule regardless of a power outage.
