We had Freddie Swinney and he helped keep our wedding reception moving smoothly and we did not have to worry about anything! Also, the music selection kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night. Thank you guy so much, we had a blast!

Affordable and Excellent Results. DJ Ryan emceed our wedding and did an incredible job reading the guests and keeping everyone moving all night! He was patient during the process leading up to the wedding and worked with us when we were a bit behind our deadline for everything. Very affordable, very personal service. Highly recommend!

Mason was awesome. He played great songs, and was really able to get everyone on the dance floor. My wedding reception had a lot of dancing and I was happy with the flow of songs. He knows his audience well and I totally recommend him.

We were very happy with Ryan as our DJ. He also did the music for our wedding ceremony and was it was seamless. The music for reception was perfect and kept people dancing all night, I literally did not leave the dance floor! The owner was very responsive to my questions and kept in close contact with me the days leading up to the ceremony so I felt reassured. I will definitely use these guys again for my private events and recommend them to others highly.

Graham did such an awesome job at our wedding reception! It was ridiculously hot outside, and Graham never complained! We loved the music he selected during dinner, appreciated that he played all of our pre-planned songs and requests, and made sure everyone was having a great time throughout the event! The day was AWESOME! Josh and I both agree that you were one of our favorite vendor experiences throughout that day and Freddie in particular completely surpassed our expectations. He was able to not only roll with our (slightly abnormal) musical tastes, but he rolled with all the punches and surprises (enter the bagpiper that was unbeknownst to me) we threw at him. He did not just agree to do what we said, but he became an autonomous actor in the whole process, understanding what we wanted to hear based on our reactions, the little surprises we had for each other and for our guests, and on our previous discussions. At no point did we feel we needed to address preferences with him or ask for changes. He had seamless music transitions, a great presence at the reception, and was both professional and friendly.

We were blown away from the very first phone conversation with DJ Ryan. He was professional, personable, flexible, and listened to what we wanted to do. When it came to the big day he showed up on time, set up without any issues and proceded to make our night run as smoothly as possible. He provided a lapel microphone for the ceremony and a handheld microphone for the toasts later on. It is no joke when I tell you that we had a hard time getting people off the dance floor at the end of the night. No one wanted to leave, he kept the energy in the room up and moving the whole night. If I were you I would ask for Ryan when you call to see if he is available, you won’t be disapointed!!

Erik is always in top of things from day 1! You’ll never be waiting for him and he makes it all so seamless. Couldn’t have been more happy with his day of preparedness either. Definitely recommend!!!

Would hire them again. We are very happy we had Dow Oaks Events as part of our reception. Mason was a great DJ and kept people dancing until the event was about over. And the photo booth was super fun for our guests. Communication was great too.
