Erik did an absolutely amazing job at our wedding! We hired him sort of last minute as our other DJ fell through, but I am SO GLAD that we found him! He worked with me tirelessly before the wedding to make sure he knew what songs we wanted to be played. I was even texting him last-minute corrections on the day of the wedding, and he responded quickly and calmly – two VERY important things for a bride! He did a great job “reading the crowd,” and kept us all dancing long into the night. Several of my friends remarked that the dance floor stayed crowded all night, and even went as far as to say that it was the best dance party at a wedding that they’d been to. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Erik’s services and would not hesitate to hire him again!

Dow Oak Events is professional, affordable and perfect for your event. We hired Mason as our DJ for our beach wedding. He was so attentive, took requests, listened and executed our wishes perfectly. We were blown away from the very first phone conversation with DJ Ryan. He was professional, personable, flexible, and listened to what we wanted to do. When it came to the big day he showed up on time, set up without any issues and proceded to make our night run as smoothly as possible. He provided a lapel microphone for the ceremony and a handheld microphone for the toasts later on. It is no joke when I tell you that we had a hard time getting people off the dance floor at the end of the night. No one wanted to leave, he kept the energy in the room up and moving the whole night. If I were you I would ask for Ryan when you call to see if he is available, you won’t be disapointed!!

Erik, the owner, is a longtime friend. He handled it wonderfully. As someone that is a technical director dealing with shows constantly, he is top notch. He provided a form to make sure all of our music needs were covered. He was on time and prepared throughout the day of the wedding. Handled all of the details just as planned and kept the music rolling and had people dancing all night. I know I’m the lowly groom 😛 and maybe my wife will write a review herself, but he (and Dow Oak) provide a worry free experience.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration… Our DJ Freddie was absolutely awesome. He played all the music we requested and kept the Celebration going and people danced the entire evening.
