Erik was awesome! His planning sheet he sent out beforehand helped with my planning and made sure everything was covered (even things I hadn’t thought about). He was also very flexible, we were originally not doing toasts during the reception, but due to some things happening we had to squeeze them in. He was happy to help and went with the flow of things and guests weren’t even aware of our error/last minute changes. During our meeting we talked about music that we liked and that I knew my friends enjoyed and he did a great job feeding off of the crowd to know which song would be a hit next! The lighting and setup worked and looked great with our venue. Thanks Erik for helping make our special day so fun!

Henry was a fantastic DJ! Our experience with Henry was great! He gauged the crowd very well and kept our preferences in mind, even with the hounding of some of my guests. The music was so on par, in fact, that the announcements of the bridal part had an impromptu “Rocketman” breakout before they started! It was one of the best parts of the night and I really enjoyed having him as my DJ.

We had an amazing experience with our DJ Erik! He made the whole process seamless, and made me feel confident that we had made the right decision from the very beginning! We had a few last minute additions and changes – he rolled with the punches, read the vibe of our crowd and kept the music on point!! We would recommend Dow Oak to anyone – not only we’re they super fun to work with, they’re also really reasonably priced!!!!

DJ Freddie was amazing! We had the pleasure of working with DJ Freddie for our wedding on November 10, 2019. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of! He was extremely nice and very professional! He made sure to arrive well before our event to make sure everything was perfectly placed! WOW WOW WOW! Met all expectations! I have personally worked with Dow Oak Events and I knew I had to have them at my own wedding. The ceremony and reception were flawless. Everything transitioned nicely. Erik even went out of his way to make sure I had the exact (cover) song for us to walk down the aisle. They were on time and played all the right songs. Wonderful job and good company.

Freddie was absolutely amazing! The timing of the ceremony music was spot on and the music throughout the reception transitioned perfectly! We received many compliments on the music and I highly recommend Dow Oak Events & Freddie!

We hired Dow Oak Events for our wedding and could not have been happier with our choice. Mason was amazing. He always answered our questions, was there for last minute changes we had with no complaints and most of all was so personable with us and our guests. Not to mention it was pouring for our reception outside and he was there with bells and whistles playing some jams for everyone to dance in the rain to.

Erik, the owner, is a longtime friend. He handled it wonderfully. As someone that is a technical director dealing with shows constantly, he is top notch. He provided a form to make sure all of our music needs were covered. He was on time and prepared throughout the day of the wedding. Handled all of the details just as planned and kept the music rolling and had people dancing all night. I know I’m the lowly groom 😛 and maybe my wife will write a review herself, but he (and Dow Oak) provide a worry free experience.
