The main event space seats up to 200, and because the venue books only one wedding per weekend with exclusive use from 9am to 11pm, a couple is never sharing the grounds, the parking, or the timeline with another event happening the same day. That exclusivity matters for a property this size: setup, ceremony, cocktail hour by the pond, and reception in the main hall can all be scheduled back to back without competing for space.
