The Main Ballroom keeps a formal feel with drop-crystal chandeliers over rustic wood floors, while the newer Garden Room has vaulted ceilings and French doors that open straight onto a 3,000-square-foot outdoor firepit lounge.

That Garden Room and firepit combination is the venue’s clearest indoor-outdoor pairing: French doors mean the two spaces can function as one continuous area during cocktail hour or a reception, with guests moving freely between the vaulted indoor room and the firepit outside rather than being confined to one or the other. The property also includes Ten22 Tavern, a relaxed local’s restaurant and lounge on site, and private getting-ready suites for the couple.

Capacity & Layout

Standing capacity across the property reaches 700, while a seated wedding dinner tops out around 400, a meaningful gap that reflects how much of the venue’s footprint is built for mingling and flow rather than fixed banquet seating. A couple planning a large seated dinner should work from the 400 number, but a cocktail-style reception with lounge seating in the Garden Room and firepit area can comfortably run larger.

With five separate multifunctional spaces to draw from, the venue can host a full 400-guest seated wedding in the Main Ballroom while still keeping the Garden Room and firepit lounge available for cocktail hour or an after-party, so different parts of a large wedding do not have to compete for the same room throughout the evening. Private patios handle the ceremony itself, keeping that portion of the day separate from both reception spaces.

Amenities

Premium open bar service is included for five hours as part of the reception package, and Ten22 Tavern on site gives the venue a built-in food and beverage operation rather than relying entirely on outside catering. Private getting-ready suites are available for the couple and their wedding party, so there is no need to arrive dressed or rent a hotel room nearby for that part of the morning.

The firepit lounge is a genuine amenity beyond decoration: at 3,000 square feet it is large enough to function as its own gathering space during a cool evening, giving guests a reason to move outside rather than staying seated at tables all night.
