The 1,000 square foot main ballroom is the centerpiece, with two additional meeting rooms available for smaller gatherings around it.

Capacity & Layout

The venue holds 200 seated or 250 standing, a workable range for a couple choosing between a formal seated dinner and a looser cocktail-style reception with room to move around the fireplace and porch. Because the building normally runs as a co-working space Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and sits closed on weekends and holidays, weddings typically have the run of the property without daytime staff or other tenants using the halls.

In-house tables and chairs are included, so the 200-seat capacity is not a bare-room number that requires a separate rental order. With three meeting rooms in total plus the main 1,000 square foot ballroom, a couple can split the day, using a smaller room for the ceremony or a lounge area and reserving the main space for dinner and dancing once the room is turned over.

The kitchen and wet bar are on-site, and on-site catering is available, though outside caterers are allowed as well, so a couple is not locked into one menu option.
