That capacity makes the clubhouse a fit for a smaller, more intimate guest list rather than a large one.

Cocktail hour can spread onto the porch or lawn while the social room is turned over for dinner, and the indoor and outdoor kitchens mean catering can be staged from either side depending on how the day is laid out.
