The centerpiece is a covered barn with a two-room dressing loft upstairs, an adjoining bathroom, and a pass-through window that lets catering staff move food without cutting through the guest areas. On-site honey production rounds out the working-farm feel, and if weather turns, the whole ceremony relocates inside the barn, with the bride coming down the staircase or through the back barn door.

Capacity & Layout

The property holds up to 200 guests, which fits a mid-size wedding comfortably inside the barn with room left for a dance floor and a band or DJ setup once dinner tables clear. Couples planning a ceremony outdoors still have that 200-guest indoor barn as the fallback, so the guest count does not change based on where the day ends up happening.

Getting ready happens away from the reception space, in two upstairs suites plus a separate private room downstairs, which means the wedding party is not competing with vendors setting up in the same room they are dressing in. Access runs from 9am to 11pm on the wedding day, giving photographers and the DJ a full daylight-to-night window without a rushed changeover.

Couples can bring in any caterer they choose, with the one firm rule being that alcohol has to go through a licensed and insured bartender, which is common at farm venues and worth relaying to whichever caterer gets hired.
