The estate does not include wedding packages or in-house vendors, guests hire everything themselves, which gives full control over caterer, decor, and rentals but also means more coordination falls on the couple or their planner. We worked this property, and that blank-slate quality is really the point: nothing here is pre-set for a couple. Pricing reflects that seasonal shift too, with off-peak rentals starting at $2,800 and peak-season rentals starting at $3,800, so timing a wedding here has a direct effect on budget.

The reception hall is 2,000 square feet and holds over 100 guests, with the venue’s total seated capacity going up to 125. Outside, a 2,500-square-foot terrace with built-in speakers and a separate 2,400-square-foot paved patio give two more distinct areas for cocktail hour or an outdoor reception, and a 2,000-square-foot basement adds a fourth space if the guest list needs to spread out further.

The front yard can hold an event tent, so a couple wanting an outdoor ceremony with a weather backup has that option without leaving the property. Between the hall, the terrace, the patio, the basement, and the tent-ready lawn, the estate offers real flexibility in how a wedding day gets laid out room to room.
