The ballroom seats up to 300 guests for a full reception or holds up to 500 for a cocktail-style event, a wide enough range that the same room can host an intimate seated dinner or a much larger standing celebration. For a couple deciding on format, that flexibility means the guest list does not have to be finalized around a single fixed layout. Because Anthony’s Caterers runs the space exclusively, the venue comes with authentic Italian cooking built in rather than an open kitchen policy: homemade gnocchi, veal chops, filets, and what the venue calls its award-winning Red Gravy are part of what a couple is booking along with the room itself. That exclusivity simplifies one of the bigger planning decisions, since catering and venue are a single booking rather than two separate vendors to coordinate.
