The barn sits on what the Ladd family, who live on the ranch, describe as their favorite spot on the farm: a dove field where they had already hosted annual dove shoots and family celebrations for years before deciding to build a formal event venue there. Large glass doors in the barn frame views of the surrounding ranch, so the working land stays visible even once guests are indoors.
