The Addison Farm property was originally called Four Corners Farm and was purchased in late summer 2014 by Kevin Sasser, owner of Sasser Farm’s LLC, and renamed after his first granddaughter. The original barn structure on the farm once functioned as a cattle facility before being recently renovated. The renovated barn now includes a bridal suite, catering kitchen, and a Veranda overlooking rolling hills, maintaining the barn’s authentic exterior while creating polished interior spaces for events. The farm sits in the foothills, with rolling pastures and tree-lined boundaries creating a pastoral North Carolina setting at a manageable distance from towns and cities.

The property is home to the headwaters of Buttermilk Creek, a natural spring-fed creek providing water for ponds on the property and adding a water feature and natural spring element to the landscape that couples can leverage for photos and atmosphere.
