The Space
RiverCrest Golf Club and Preserve is a private club in Phoenixville built in 2004 by Dan Lejeune, a Philadelphia residential developer capping a 35-plus year career with an environmentally focused golf community. Ron Coruzzi of Signature Golf designed the 18-hole course around native grasses, waterfalls, and grass bunkers rather than a conventional manicured layout, and that same native, wooded character carries into the event spaces built around the course.
The clubhouse runs 48,000 square feet and includes six separate event venues, ranging from an intimate room for ten guests up to a Grand Ballroom that holds up to 500, one of the largest private-club ballrooms in Montgomery County. RiverCrest won Best of The Knot and WeddingWire’s Brides’ Choice award for three consecutive years, from 2010 through 2012, recognition earned specifically for its wedding hosting rather than for the golf course.

The Grand Ballroom, renovated in 2021, now accommodates up to 300 guests seated, while the covered Patio Terrace seats around 240 for a reception and holds up to 200 for a ceremony, giving couples a real choice between an indoor ballroom and a covered outdoor space depending on guest count and weather tolerance.
