The Space

That mix of named rooms means a couple can split the day, getting ready in dedicated suites, holding the reception in the ballroom, and moving guests out to the Promenade for cocktail hour or fresh air between courses.

Capacity & Layout

Revel can host up to 500 people standing, with a seated capacity of 300, which puts this venue firmly in range for a large wedding rather than an intimate one. Couples planning a big guest list get real headroom here, and the gap between the standing and seated numbers is worth planning around directly, since a seated dinner for 300 leaves room to add standing guests for the reception afterward without exceeding the building’s limits.

Layout benefits from having a bridal suite and a separate grooms quarters, so both sides of the wedding party can get ready on site rather than arriving already dressed, and a full kitchen supports in-house catering rather than requiring an outside caterer to bring in equipment. Onsite parking and wheelchair accessibility round out the practical side of planning a large event in this space, and the building’s second-floor position means the ceremony, reception and cocktail hour all stay on one level once guests make the trip upstairs.

Amenities

A full kitchen handles in-house catering, and a full bar covers the reception, both built into the venue rather than brought in as rentals, which simplifies vendor coordination for a couple already managing a guest list of several hundred. The outside Promenade adds outdoor space to what is otherwise an indoor building, useful for cocktail hour or a breather between the ceremony and reception.

Starting in January or February of 2026, Comedy Zone Greenville is set to open inside Revel as well, a sign of the building’s continued build-out beyond its 2015 renovation. Alcohol is permitted on site, and the venue is wheelchair accessible throughout, both worth confirming directly with the venue as the wedding date approaches.
