The house is organized across four levels, each with its own function: a first floor built for games and a 16-seat theater room, a fourth floor billiards room with poker and ping pong tables, and a third floor kitchen and dining area with seating for 16. An elevator connects the levels, which matters in a house this large, especially for guests moving between floors during an event.

Capacity & Layout

Special events are allowed at Oceans 24 through an approved Event Addendum and a non-refundable $2,500 event fee, and the property itself sleeps up to 60 guests across its 24 bedrooms, so overnight lodging for a large wedding party is already built into the rental rather than arranged separately. Twenty four dedicated parking spots on site handle guest arrivals for the day.

A fenced-in lawn gives the property a defined outdoor event space beyond the pool deck, useful for a ceremony or additional seating away from the house itself, without guests wandering onto the beach or a neighboring lot. The fourth level opens onto an ocean-facing deck through accordion doors, so that top floor can function as an open air extension of the billiards and bar space when the doors are open, letting guests move freely between the indoor games and the deck outside.

Amenities

The pool deck is built for a real party: a 14 by 38 foot heated pool, running from April 1 through November 1, sits alongside an inset kiddie pool, two eight-person hot tubs available year round, and a covered tiki bar with its own outdoor wet bar and oceanfront sundeck. That combination gives a couple a genuine outdoor lounge and bar setup rather than a single small pool deck.

The property is pet friendly, allowing up to two dogs for a one-time $185 fee, so a couple does not have to choose between including a pet in the wedding and booking this house. Managed by KEES Vacations under its FlexStay program, the home also allows guests to set their own check-in and check-out dates rather than a fixed weekend schedule.
