The Space
Fussell Estate comprises a working cattle ranch on 480 Vannoy Road in Millers Creek, North Carolina, in Wilkes County’s Blue Ridge Mountains. The Fussell family moved to the property from Rogers, Arkansas and established their working ranch. In 2015, when their oldest daughter planned a wedding, the family transformed their cattle barn into a reception venue in three months. When their youngest daughter married at the barn in 2016, the family decided to open Fussell Estate as a business. View 2395 is located across the road and up the mountain from the original Fussell Farm barn, featuring an industrial-style building that is fully air conditioned and heated. The building provides an alternative venue option with indoor ceremony space featuring high ceilings and crystal chandeliers, or outdoor ceremony with custom wooden benches overlooking mountain views. An indoor reception space with cathedral ceiling and outdoor patio with string lights and fire pits offer flexible celebration options.
A luxurious bridal suite with natural light and amenities is adjacent to the ceremony space. A spacious groom suite includes a pool table for guest entertainment. Fussell Suites lodging with 12 total suites (8 Queen, 4 King) offers on-site accommodations five minutes from the venues.
Capacity & Layout
View 2395 accommodates up to 350 guests for seated reception dining, offering more capacity than the original Fussell Farm barn. Indoor ceremony space features high ceilings and crystal chandeliers with dramatic uplighting. Outdoor ceremony benches face mountain views. The indoor reception space and outdoor patio provide flexible layouts for celebrations. The bridal suite features natural light, tri-mirrored vanities, outlets, and a refrigerator. The groom suite is spacious and includes entertainment options. Ample parking is available on the property. Chairs and tables for ceremony and reception are provided, along with wine barrels, wooden farmhouse tables, and cocktail tables.
Amenities
An exceptionally large warming kitchen is available with an oven, refrigerator, ice maker, and ample counter space for final food preparations and service. An industrial kegerator bar fits three half barrel kegs or six smaller kegs for beverage service. Bathrooms at View 2395 are handicap accessible. Event rentals including tables, chairs, linens, lighting, dance floor, and furniture are available. Fussell Suites offer on-site lodging with full kitchens and bathrooms. The property is fully air conditioned and heated for year-round comfort. Parking is ample and on-premises. The venue schedules only one wedding per weekend. Liability insurance is available through the venue. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
