The Crystal and Emerald Ballrooms sit inside the Radisson Hotel in Freehold, and they are built at two different scales on purpose. Between the two ballrooms, the Atrium, and two additional Salons, the property carries more than 8,600 square feet of meeting space total, which is the kind of headroom that lets a couple’s ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception each get their own footprint instead of being folded into a single multipurpose room turned over twice in one evening.

Capacity & Layout

The Crystal Ballroom seats up to 300 guests, which puts it in range for a large wedding, while the Emerald Ballroom is built for something more intimate, a smaller guest list that would feel lost in a 300-seat room. That range means the venue does not force a couple into one scale of event, the room itself changes to match the size of the wedding being planned.

Guests arrive at the Crystal Ballroom through its own separate covered entrance, which keeps the arrival experience distinct from the rest of the hotel rather than routing wedding guests through a general lobby.
