DJ for my daughter’s wedding… As beautiful as the reception was at The OHenry on1 June 2019 Dow Oak Events made the reception. Everyone was on the dance floor the whole entire night. He kept things running smoothly from the beginning to the last song. Everyone commented on just how much fun it was and was one of the best most fun receptions they had been to. I would highly recommend them

Working with Dow Oak Events was a breeze! They were super communicative and use a planning platform that gave me peace of mind. I spoke with Freddie a couple times before the wedding and had no doubt that he would keep things running smoothly. On the day of, he arrived early to set up, made sure he knew how to pronounce everyone’s names, and kept the party going all night! I had a blast singing and dancing the night away 🙂

I was SO insanely impressed with DJ Erik and the whole Dow Oak Events team. From the get go, their prices were reasonable and they were incredibly responsive (it took less than five minutes to hear back from them, I kid you not). Their website is easy to use and they were kind enough to send email follow-ups for playlist and payment deadlines. DJ Erik (or more apt DJ Erok) is very talented and kept almost my entire guest list on the dance floor for close to three hours. He is adept at reading the crowd and blending genres- many times my guests would scream with excitement at a song they hadn’t heard since middle school. I can’t say enough great things. I highly recommend Dow Oak Events and DJ Erik in particular! We received so many compliments on how great our DJ was!

Dow Oak Events provided an awesome reception atmosphere for our guests!! We honestly had so much fun! Our DJ was awesome and kept the party going. Our guests also really enjoyed the photobooth! Would recommend for any event!

Dow Oak and DJ Erik were fantastic to work with for our wedding! Their planning tools and communication prior to the event were extensive and left nothing to chance. We really appreciated knowing that all bases had been covered well before the wedding day. DJ Erik was fantastic at reading the crowd and responding with the music he played. There were times where most of our guests were outside playing lawn games rather than inside on the dance floor, but DJ Erik was never overbearing in trying to get people back to the dance floor. But he also never stopped playing awesome music! We couldn’t be happier with our choice to book Dow Oak Events for our wedding.

Dow Oaks definitely didn’t disappoint with DJ Graham! He told us that he was the “best of the best” and I agree 100%! From the first time I talked to him he made me feel at ease instantly and truly made me feel like we could go to him if we needed anything. The day of our wedding he was awesome! He kept the crowd going and the experience with him overall felt like he was more of a guest than a DJ! He joked around and had conversation with us rather than just being strictly about business! Graham was very accommodating when my husband notified him moments before the wedding that he wanted someone else to do a toast and you could tell that he truly enjoyed what he does! Our night wouldn’t have been the same without Graham! We will definitely refer Graham.

Courteous, highly responsive, and super friendly! Henry was a true professional for our wedding. The ceremony had to get underway ahead of the planned time due to rain, but the playlist was executed perfectly. Everything from the requested announcements to the microphones went flawless. Henry also orchestrated our introductions and wedding game with enthusiasm and skill. During the course of the event Henry would communicate with us to make sure everything was on track. Additionally, during the 8 months or so that we had DJ Henry booked, he was super responsive and would meet with us whenever we asked. When we needed to tweak the timeline to work with our photographer’s timeline better, he unlocked our wedding planning documents so we could go ahead and change everything 2 nights before the actual wedding day!! We will recommend your service to anyone who would ask without hesitation.

Freddie was absolutely amazing! The timing of the ceremony music was spot on and the music throughout the reception transitioned perfectly! We received many compliments on the music and I highly recommend Dow Oak Events & Freddie!
