Erik did an absolutely amazing job at our wedding! We hired him sort of last minute as our other DJ fell through, but I am SO GLAD that we found him! He worked with me tirelessly before the wedding to make sure he knew what songs we wanted to be played. I was even texting him last-minute corrections on the day of the wedding, and he responded quickly and calmly – two VERY important things for a bride! He did a great job “reading the crowd,” and kept us all dancing long into the night. Several of my friends remarked that the dance floor stayed crowded all night, and even went as far as to say that it was the best dance party at a wedding that they’d been to. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Erik’s services and would not hesitate to hire him again!

Erik was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely helpful, insightful, and all around a great person to work with. If you want someone who will help to create a smooth, dynamic, and incredibly fun wedding, HE IS YOUR GUY. He went the extra mile in everything he did. He did everything we asked and more. I can not say enough great things about the quality of his work and what a fun time we had at our wedding. 5 stars all around!

I had such a great experience with Dow Oaks from the moment I booked them. I was seriously impressed with the speediness of their responses to every question I had. They have you fill out a form so that they know your music taste and requests for the wedding. Music was one of the more important details of the wedding for my husband, and he was very pleased. They even call before the wedding to make sure they have the details and name pronunciations correct. DJ Erok was awesome! Our timeline ran behind but he still made sure that we got some good dancing in, which was important to me! The dance floor lighting really set the mood too. Everyone had a blast at our wedding! Awesome night! Ryan was our DJ and he did an incredible job with our wedding. He was very good with communicating with us throughout the event and had people on the dance floor the entire night! This whole crew is really cool and easy to work with. And super affordable. Their photo booth was also perfect! We got a scrapbook at the end of the evening which was super fun to flip through!

Would hire them again. We are very happy we had Dow Oaks Events as part of our reception. Mason was a great DJ and kept people dancing until the event was about over. And the photo booth was super fun for our guests. Communication was great too.

Awesome DJ! Dow Oak Events is the way to go! Out of all the vendors that I worked with for my wedding, they were the most responsive and flexible. Graham was so great, he kept the party going all night long! What a great group of people! Graham drove all the way to Raleigh and was set up earlier than expected and even started the music early. We were so thrilled!

I am very glad we went with Dow Oak Events. We had Graham as our DJ and he is all 5s in my book. He really knocked it out of the park and took the challenge of mixing music of three different cultures (Latin, Indian, and American) and killed it. No one ever left the dance floor and on top of that he was especially friendly and easy to work with.

Got to have my dream wedding thanks to Freddie I was terrified of having a DJ that only played modern top 40 and the Cupid Shuffle. Freddie helped me have the wedding of my dreams with a mosh pit and lots of sad boi postpunk. Thank you thank you thank you Dow Oak Events for letting us have the unique, most “us” reception ever.
