Awesome DJ. We hired through Dow Oak Events for our DJ for our wedding reception and were lucky enough to have Mason. Mason was GREAT! Not only did he set up phone calls with us to get a clue on what we were looking for and to get a feel on our personalities, he really did an outstanding job during the reception. I was super impressed by how early he was there to set up! He moved the evening along, just as we discussed before hand. He played a healthy mix of what everyone wanted to hear that accommodated both us and our wedding guests. He was super flexible and was able to make changes on the fly, which was super impressive! I’m super sad the night is over, because I would definitely hire him again!

Seriously could not have hired a better DJ for our wedding! Erik had an awesome music planner that outlined the entire evening that was super easy to fill out. He is super organized and professional… And he kept the party going until our venue shut us down! You guys helped make our big day the best day ever! Hire Dow Oak Events. You won’t regret it!

Henry was a fantastic DJ! Our experience with Henry was great! He gauged the crowd very well and kept our preferences in mind, even with the hounding of some of my guests. The music was so on par, in fact, that the announcements of the bridal part had an impromptu “Rocketman” breakout before they started! It was one of the best parts of the night and I really enjoyed having him as my DJ.

Erik was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely helpful, insightful, and all around a great person to work with. If you want someone who will help to create a smooth, dynamic, and incredibly fun wedding, HE IS YOUR GUY. He went the extra mile in everything he did. He did everything we asked and more. I can not say enough great things about the quality of his work and what a fun time we had at our wedding. 5 stars all around!

I could not have chosen a better DJ for my wedding last night. I had so many compliments on the great music. DJ Erik was able to get people to the dance floor and he really brought the party to life. He was professional, courteous to my guests and their requests, and right on time. For a bride, this is huge! Dow Oak Events will be the company I use from now on, when I’m in need of a DJ. I cannot say enough good things about Erik and Dow Oak Events.

Erik was awesome! His planning sheet he sent out beforehand helped with my planning and made sure everything was covered (even things I hadn’t thought about). He was also very flexible, we were originally not doing toasts during the reception, but due to some things happening we had to squeeze them in. He was happy to help and went with the flow of things and guests weren’t even aware of our error/last minute changes. During our meeting we talked about music that we liked and that I knew my friends enjoyed and he did a great job feeding off of the crowd to know which song would be a hit next! The lighting and setup worked and looked great with our venue. Thanks Erik for helping make our special day so fun!

So we were scrambling for a DJ last minute. Thank goodness Dow Oak Events had an opening! They did a great job of communicating and making the planning of our night easy and simple. Words can not describe how amazing they were for our wedding. The DJ was so friendly and accommodating for us. They kept everyone at our wedding dancing the entire time and did an outstanding job being our MC. I would highly recommend her for you next wedding DJ

Dow Oaks definitely didn’t disappoint with DJ Graham! He told us that he was the “best of the best” and I agree 100%! From the first time I talked to him he made me feel at ease instantly and truly made me feel like we could go to him if we needed anything. The day of our wedding he was awesome! He kept the crowd going and the experience with him overall felt like he was more of a guest than a DJ! He joked around and had conversation with us rather than just being strictly about business! Graham was very accommodating when my husband notified him moments before the wedding that he wanted someone else to do a toast and you could tell that he truly enjoyed what he does! Our night wouldn’t have been the same without Graham! We will definitely refer Graham.

Hiring Dow Oak Events is one of the best decisions you can make for you wedding (or any other event needs)! The DJ for my wedding was Erik and I could not be happier with how my wedding turned out! Every time I spoke to someone, they were telling me how awesome the DJ was and they weren’t lying! He made the planning aspect easy and was always quick to respond to questions. We spoke over the phone to confirm everything before the wedding and then the day of I didn’t have to worry about a thing! He kept people on the dance floor and I was really disappointed when he got on the mic and told people this was going to be the next to last song because I didn’t want the reception to end!

Like having a DJ and wedding planner! Erik helped with so much unrelated to being the DJ. He made our wedding much more organized than it would have otherwise been. Book him he is the best. Thanks again for sharing the experience with us. Highly recommend. 5 stars!
