Mason was the most perfect dj. He played everything we wanted and everything else was spot on with our taste. Highly recommended!

Totally perfect! Erik came prepared, listened to our requests, was professional but laid back, and did an awesome job researching playlists that fit what we wanted. He mic’d our officiant and had an extra mic that came in handy when things got a little spotty passing the 1st one around. Amazing DJ, affordable, and the dance floor was hoppin ALL NIGHT.

I had such a great experience with Dow Oaks from the moment I booked them. I was seriously impressed with the speediness of their responses to every question I had. They have you fill out a form so that they know your music taste and requests for the wedding. Music was one of the more important details of the wedding for my husband, and he was very pleased. They even call before the wedding to make sure they have the details and name pronunciations correct. DJ Erok was awesome! Our timeline ran behind but he still made sure that we got some good dancing in, which was important to me! The dance floor lighting really set the mood too. Everyone had a blast at our wedding! DJ Freddie with Dow Oak did an awesome job DJ’ing our wedding reception and we can’t recommend him enough! He was very responsive leading up to our wedding day and truly understood our vision for music during our cocktail hour and reception. He didn’t just play songs as some DJs do – he read the crowd all night, making sure everyone was having a great time and also added awesome mixes/transitions into the songs. Overall, Freddie was a great DJ and MC for our wedding reception and we are so glad we went with Dow Oak.

Seriously, Dow Oak and specifically Freddie were INCREDIBLE. One month before the big day and our previously booked DJ BAILED! Dow Oak emailed back almost immediately after the inquiry and within two days we had banged out a contract and gotten the ball rolling- crisis adverted! I cannot say enough about the outstanding communication of the company! The week before the wedding Freddie reached out to firm up our plans and meet for a face to face, normal run of the mill stuff. NOTHING could have prepared us for what a rockstar he would be the day of. Not only was he a GREAT DJ and a super sweet human, he was valuable (and willing!) set of hands when it started pouring rain five minutes before the outdoor ceremony. He was flexible and extremely accommodating.

Erik was great. He was very flexible in accommodating our event. Furthermore, he did a perfect job in keeping the party going. Sound system was nice and his extra lights were awesome. The lights added a different environment/vibe to the party that people really appreciated. He was very professional. He showed up on time, dressed presentable, and meet all of our deadlines. Perfect DJ for the job! We got many compliments from attendees who raved at his mixing skills.

Erik is an amazing DJ! He made the night a lot of fun. The music was awesome and he kept people out on the dance floor. He was super nice and very professional. He was fun to work with. He played all the music we wanted and was able to play most of the requests from the guests there.

Would hire them again. We are very happy we had Dow Oaks Events as part of our reception. Mason was a great DJ and kept people dancing until the event was about over. And the photo booth was super fun for our guests. Communication was great too.

Henry was a fantastic DJ! Our experience with Henry was great! He gauged the crowd very well and kept our preferences in mind, even with the hounding of some of my guests. The music was so on par, in fact, that the announcements of the bridal part had an impromptu “Rocketman” breakout before they started! It was one of the best parts of the night and I really enjoyed having him as my DJ.

Ryan was amazing to work with and helped make my wedding day go smoothly! Even though I had a smaller wedding, Ryan did a great job engaging the crowd and getting people up on the dance floor. I’m very glad we had Ryan DJ our wedding reception!
