All Saints Chapel in Raleigh, NC set the tone for Coy and Sydney’s wedding day with a ceremony space that feels completely different from anything else in the area. From the moment guests arrived, the tall ceilings, wood beams, and stained glass created a quiet, focused atmosphere that made the 4:00 PM ceremony feel intentional and personal.

Guests began arriving around 3:30 PM to soft piano covers, which fit the space perfectly and gave everything a calm lead-in. The ceremony itself was thoughtful down to the timing. The wedding party entered to “I Giorni,” with a smooth transition into Pachelbel’s Canon in D for Sydney’s entrance, hitting that exact moment she had planned. That attention to detail carried through the entire ceremony, and having clear audio with a lapel mic made sure every word was heard without taking away from the setting  .

Once the ceremony wrapped, guests made their way to cocktail hour while the couple took a moment before heading into the reception at The Stockroom. Acoustic guitar covers filled that gap nicely, keeping things relaxed but still moving. It was a clean transition from ceremony to celebration without any downtime.

By the time introductions started around 6:20 PM, the energy had picked up. The wedding party came in to “Adventure of a Lifetime,” which immediately brought people in, and it set the tone for everything that followed. Coy and Sydney’s first dance to “Die With a Smile” happened right after, keeping the momentum going without any awkward pauses. Parent dances followed, including a meaningful moment between Coy and his mom to “My Wish,” which got a strong reaction from the room  .

Dinner kicked off around 6:30 with acoustic covers playing in the background, giving guests time to settle in, eat, and connect. The layout at The Stockroom made it easy to shift from dinner to dance floor without a full reset, which helped everything feel seamless. By 7:30, once the cake was cut, it was straight into open dancing.

This is where the night really took off. The music mix was built around a combination of crowd favorites and personal picks from the couple, and it worked. Tracks like “One More Time,” “Mr. Brightside,” and “Best Song Ever” pulled people in quickly, and once the floor filled up, it stayed that way. There was a good mix of genres, but everything stayed high energy and familiar enough that people weren’t standing around wondering what was next.

What stood out was how consistent the dance floor was. With around 50 to 100 guests, it can sometimes take a while to build momentum, but that wasn’t the case here. The transitions were tight, songs hit when they needed to, and the timing of everything from introductions to dancing kept people engaged the entire night.

The coordination side also played a big role. Victoria with Cardinal Events kept things moving without ever making it feel rushed, and everything stayed on track from ceremony through the end of the night. Sarah from Sarah Sekaly Photography was constantly moving through the room, capturing moments without interrupting anything, which added to how natural everything felt.

By the time the night wrapped up, it felt like a full experience across two very different spaces. All Saints Chapel delivered a ceremony setting that felt grounded and focused, while the reception brought the energy and celebration. Together, it made for a wedding day that flowed well, stayed true to the couple, and kept guests engaged from start to finish.
